Softalk Share Server can be the default(primary) or secondary store. Any folders can be chosen whether they are your own personal folders or Softalk Share Server public folders.
- Once the Nokia device is connected to the computer run Nokia PC Suite and select the connected mobile phone device.
- Choose File and Synchronize or click the synchronize icon
 .
- Click on Settings icon

- On the
 tab select the folders in the phone that you want to synchronize.
- On the
 tab select the Outlook profile  with which you would like to synchronize.
- Click the Folders icon
 further down to select the Outlook folders in this profile that will be synchronized with the phones folders.
- For each folder type you can choose to synchronize with the default folder, a public folder of the same type or someone elses personal shared folder under Shared Folders and even with a folder in a secondary store.
- Click the Green tick
 to accept the settings and close the dialogue box.
- Click the 'Synchronize Now' icon
 . Note, the sync needs to be accepted on the phone before it will commence.
Tested with Nokia PC Suite 7.1.30.8 and Softalk Share Server 1.3.5.481.
